50% Cabernet Sauvignon - 50% Merlot Jerusalem Heights is a sophisticated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown at high elevation (950 meters) in the mountains surrounding Jerusalem. Aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels and then carefully brought together to produce one of Israel's most outstanding Bordeaux- inspired blends. Non-filtered. This wine features lush flavors of cherry, chocolate and black pepper with a nice finish of aromatic spices. Serve with grilled lamb, duck, prime ribs of beef, steak or veal chops.
