With 77% Cabernet, 13% Petit Verdot, and 10% Merlot this classic Bordeaux blend exhibits the best of Israel in the classic tradition of old world wine making. A third of this vintage was aged in new wood and two thirds in old wood. Soft tannins help bring out the spicy berry and slight citrus flavors. With it’s almost perfect balance this wine is destined for greatness. Wonderful now, heavenly in 2014-2016 when it should peak. At this price strange is it may seem it is a real value, and one of our favorites.
