50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Domaine du Castel is a small Estate of 15 hectares in Ramat Raziel at an altitude of 700m, West of Jerusalem. The vineyards are planted at a density of 6700 vines per hectare and produce very small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged 16 months in French oak.
