Our merlot matures gently in the warm days and cool nights of the Judean Mountains, close to maritim breeze coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allow the fruit to fulfil its full potential, offering rich, ripe and concentrated flavors of juicy plum and black cherry. This wine was delicately fermented upholding the wine making  tradition and carfully aged eighteen months in the finest french oak barrels.

To decant 1 hour and serve at 16C Store horizontaly in a dark place below 18C.
