Produced from the finest selections of each year's harvest. This wine aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, a period calibrated in accordance with the character and potential of the grape. The VC series Cabernet was made from grapes originated in a dedicated section of the vineyard and underwent "Lyre System" sorting to ensure their color, flavor and concetration were preseved at ideal levels.
