70% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Domaine du Castel is a small estate of 15 hectares in Ramat Raziel at an altitude of 700 m, West of Jerusalem. The vineyards are planted at a density of 6700 vines per hectare and produce very small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged 20 months in new French oak. Best served with dark meats, veal and steaks
